In the process of using the endless conveyor belt, the peeling is also due to the low adhesion strength between the cover layer and the core. The root causes of the low adhesion strength between the two are as follows:
1. After the core paste is plasticized, the dirt is stuck by the reversing roller. The large angle conveyor belt is usually started before use to avoid motor overload and large angle conveyor belt slipping. Before shutdown, remove all materials from the belt. During use, the tension should not be too large. Under the premise that the drive roller does not slip and the material does not transition, it is ensured to work under the minimum tension. The core paste plastic cannot be well combined with the batter.
2. The separation of plasticizer in the core paste reduces the viscosity and strength between the core surfaces. After the production of the endless conveyor belt and the flat conveyor belt is completed, the flat conveyor belt will vulcanize the joint (also known as thermal adhesion) and become the endless conveyor belt when the endless conveyor belt needs to be used due to the restriction of the use environment or conditions.
